Lens Replacement

Please follow similar procedures for headlight lenses!


STEP 1

	To remove protective plastic film from lenses, submerge or hold under hot running tap water and peel film from lenses.
STEP 2
	Remove head or fog lamp unit from vehicle
STEP 3
	Remove damaged lens by chipping out unwanted glass. Clean out previous adhesive till flush with light fitting edges.
STEP 4
	Apply (clear) silicon sealant to head or fog lamp housing.
STEP 5
	Fit new replacement lens. Allow silicon sealant to dry.
STEP 6
	Refit lamp unit to vehicle.
